Our firm provides comprehensive legal and financial advisory services to clients in the following areas: corporate law, M&A, venture capital law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law. Our primary focus is supporting venture capital transactions, representing both investors and target companies.

For us, the ideal candidate is agile, goal-oriented, accurate, detail-focused, and committed to their work. You are capable of working independently while also being a strong team player. You handle unexpected situations well and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your communication skills — both written and verbal — are polished and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with legal due diligence processes
• Preparing transactional and security agreements
• Supporting company incorporations and corporate amendments
• Maintaining communication with clients
• Translating professional and legal materials
• Representing and assisting in court and other authority proceedings
• Drafting legal memoranda and legal opinions
• Providing legal support for projects and assisting attorneys in their work

Our standard working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but above all, we believe in high-quality work and satisfied clients.
