Our employees
Managing Partner
Dr. Attila Pintér, LLM Phd
Attila Pintér obtained his law degree from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, earned his postgraduate specialization in corporate law at Eötvös Loránd University, and obtained his PhD from the doctoral school of Eötvös Loránd University, focusing on international venture capital investment agreements.
He gained international experience at the Munich office of LUTZ | ABEL and the Boston office of Foley & Lardner LLP. As the Managing Partner of PV Partners, he specializes in venture capital investments, corporate finance, and corporate transactions (M&A). In addition, he is the founder and Investment Director of White Unicorn Incubator, where he supports the growth of innovative life sciences and medtech startups through legal and business advisory services.
Partner Attorney-at-Law
Dr. Róbert Vámosi
Róbert Vámosi obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University, later completed an LL.M. in International Business Law, and passed the Hungarian bar examination in 2014. Since 2018, he has been a Partner at PV Partners, with a primary focus on venture capital investments and IT law.
He is a member of the Hungarian Business Angel Network and the Startup Hungary Association. Since 2020, he has been teaching venture capital transactions at Corvinus University of Budapest. He is fluent in English and German.
Trainee Lawyer
Dr. Máté Flaskay
Máté Flaskay graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 2022 and subsequently joined the team at PV Partners. His primary areas of expertise include corporate law, capital markets law, and M&A, where he is involved in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, as well as the implementation of stock exchange transactions.
His areas of interest include data protection (GDPR) and the legal regulation of artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on the impact of emerging technologies on the business environment.
